All applicants must be 21 years old, meet NYS Education Department enrollment requirements, complete a registration application, agree to abide by the NGH Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, demonstrate an aptitude for this level of training, and be approved of by Carol Denicker, Director NYHTC, NGH Board Certified Instructor.

A deposit of $300 is required. A non-refundable $100 registration fee is included in the deposit.
